Removing toxic people from your life

Daniell Koepke is an undergraduate psychology student pursuing a degree in clinical counseling. She is the founder of an online space called the Internal Acceptance Movement (I. A.M.), which discusses recovery, self-care, mental health, body image, self-acceptance, and issues of social justice. Daniell is also an aspiring writer and activist who hopes to challenge the stigma surrounding mental illness by speaking openly about mental health and her own journey to recovery from anorexia and bulimia. Her goal is to help people challenge the negative beliefs they have internalized about themselves, cultivate a sense of self-worth, and instill a sense of hope that healing is possible.
