Cruz Beckham’s New Tattoo Is A Fitting Tribute To Mum Victoria’s Spice Girls Days

With David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest sons Brooklyn and Romeo already boasting their own elaborate collection of body art, it’s been revealed that Cruz is the latest member of the family to get inked.

The 18-year-old has already got a small number of tattoos, including a robot design and a record player, having started going under the needle on his 16th birthday.

He’s now unveiled his latest addition – and it’s a tribute to his mum’s days as part of the most iconic girl groups in history.

London-based tattoo artist Certified Letter Boy unveiled the results of Cruz’s latest tat earlier this week, with his new tattoo serving as a nod to Victoria’s time in the Spice Girls.

“I think we all get the vibe here don’t we?” the artist joked of the “Posh” design, adding: “Thank you for the trust my G.”

However, Cruz isn’t the only Beckham boy to keep it in the family when it comes to his tattoos.

David and Victoria are parents to four children; 24-year-old Brooklyn, 21-year-old Romeo, 18-year-old Cruz and 12-year-old Harper.

Last year, the family got even bigger when Brooklyn tied the knot with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.

The group previously toured stadiums around the UK in 2019 as a four-piece, without Victoria’s involvement.

Victoria Beckham Won’t Thank Melanie C For Sharing This Hilarious Drunken Spice Girls Tale

Many of us have done stuff after one too many drinks that we’d rather forget about, so Victoria Beckham might want to look away now.

Melanie C has shared one particularly boozy memory from the Spice Girls’ early days that is the very definition of The Fear, for Victoria at least.

In her new autobiography, Who I Am, Mel recalls celebrating the day the girl group signed their record deal in the mid-90s when Victoria had one too many and ended up throwing her underwear out of a taxi window on the way to a posh London restaurant.

“By the time we arrived, the taxi was a wreck; there was lipstick, champagne and flowers all over it. Somehow, Victoria’s knickers ended up being chucked out of the window…” Mel writes.

Sporty Spice adds that their manager Simon Fuller had to pay the London cabbie £50 to cover the mess and the girls’ “terrible behaviour”.

Mel continued: “We steamed into this incredibly posh restaurant, stinking of booze and ciggies, and crashed onto the table. The other diners were not amused.

“By this point, Victoria was so drunk she pretty much fell asleep face down in her dinner. She was still knickerless!”

Mel, who was in the group alongside Victoria, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Mel B, also shared how Robbie Williams broke her heart after he “led” her on..

“Robbie did behave badly — he led me on and then abruptly dropped me at a time when I was incredibly vulnerable,” Mel revealed.

“I don’t have any bad feelings towards him now, but he did break my heart a bit. I was hurt and I was humiliated.

“It was somebody I had admired, and he pursued me and then treated me badly.”

Who I Am is out now.

Brooklyn Beckham Is More Than A Match For Posh As He Mimics Mum Victoria In Spice Girls Video

If Victoria Beckham is still not keen on rejoining the Spice Girls, it seems there’s a family member who could easily fill the gap.

Brooklyn Beckham has transformed into his famous mum in a hilarious FaceSwap video, which saw him take on a Spice classic.

The 22-year-old looked the spitting image of Posh as he mimed along to Say You’ll Be There in the clip, which he posted on his Instagram Story.

“Oh gosh @victoriabeckham,” he wrote.

Posh is yet to share her verdict on the video, but we reckon she’ll be more impressed by Brooklyn’s popstar credentials than husband David’s.

Becks debuted some less that stellar vocals as son Cruz celebrated his 16th birthday last month.

In an Instagram video montage Victoria posted, Cruz was seen putting on a show for his family, performing the Sam Cooke classic, You Send Me.

His rendition was then interrupted by a decidedly less tuneful off-screen “woah” from Becks, followed by an annoyed “David!” from Posh.

In his own birthday tribute, David later apologised to Cruz, writing: “Sorry about the singing.”

Victoria sat out the most recent Spice Girls reunion tour in 2019, instead deciding to focus on her fashion label.

However, Mel C recently claimed that Posh is coming round to the idea of working with her, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Geri Horner again in the future.

Speaking to Apple Music 1′s Zane Lowe, she said: “She was very involved in the creative and everything that we were doing in the show. And I think she really found it difficult.

“That first night, when the pictures were beamed all over the world, it was hard for her. And we’re hoping it was hard enough to bring her back. It’s so hard, and I feel for her.

“I have to say, I feel like she’s coming around. So we’ll keep working on her. But just between you and me.”
