Rosie O’Donnell Responded To Trump’s Citizenship Threat — And She Didn’t Hold Back

President Donald Trump is once again reviving his long-running feud with Rosie O’Donnell — this time with a baseless threat to revoke her citizenship.

In a Saturday post on Truth Social, Trump referred to the actor and comedian as a “threat to humanity,” citing her as someone who is not in “the best interest” of the country.

“Because of the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship,” he wrote. “She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”

Trump’s remarks appeared to be in response to a TikTok video O’Donnell posted on Friday, in which she criticized the Republican Party and the current political climate of the US.

“He is definitely in a decline, and if you can’t see that, I don’t know what to tell you,” she said.

The Emmy-winning actor later fired back with two Instagram posts addressing Trump’s threat. In the first, she took direct aim at the president.

The president of the usa has always hated the fact that i see him for who he is – a criminal con man sexual abusing liar out to harm our nation to serve himself – this is why i moved to ireland,” she wrote. “he is a dangerous old soulless man with dementia who lacks empathy, compassion and basic humanity – i stand in direct opposition all he represents – so do millions of others – u gonna deport all who stand against ur evil tendencies – ur a bad joke who cant form a coherent sentence #nevertrump

In a second post, O’Donnell referenced their decades-long public battle and added that she resides “rent-free in that collapsing brain” of his.

“you call me a threat to humanity –but I’m everything you fear:a loud womana queer womana mother who tells the truthan American who got out of the country b4 u set it ablaze you build walls –I build a life for my autistic kid in a country where decency still exists.”

O’Donnell first shared in March that she had relocated to Ireland on Jan. 15, calling the decision “pretty wonderful.”

“I miss many things about life there at home and I’m trying to find a home here in this beautiful country, and when it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that’s when we will consider coming back,” she said.

A Channel 4 press release teased: “The almighty Taskmaster Greg Davies and his faithful admin keeper Alex Horne have gathered some of the most brilliant and eclectic comedy minds and assigned them one mission: to become a Taskmaster Champion.”

No release date for the 20th series of Taskmaster has been given, but Channel 4 has insisted that more information will be “revealed in due course”.

The last season of Taskmaster aired over several weeks earlier in the year, featuring appearances from the likes of Rosie Ramsey, Jason Mantzoukas, Fatiha El-Ghorri, Stevie Martin and Matthew Baynton.

It’s now been almost 10 years since Taskmaster first aired on Channel 4 in 2015, quickly going on to become one of the broadcaster’s most popular original shows.

Back in 2020, it won a Bafta in the Best Comedy Entertainment Programme, beating competition from The Graham Norton Show, The Last Leg and The Ranganation, and was nominated in the same category once again earlier this year.

Taskmaster has also spawned several international remakes in territories like Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Canada, with varying levels of success, while a live experience inspired by the show launched in London last year, before closing in February.

Bob Vylan Frontman Speaks Out After Band Is Dropped From Manchester Music Festival

The punk rap duo Bob Vylan have spoken out after it was reported that they had been dropped from a music festival in Manchester.

Over the weekend, the band caused controversy when they led the crowd at their Glastonbury set in a chant of “death to the IDF”, in reference to Israel’s army.

After facing condemnation from UK prime minister Sir Keir Starmer, the BBC – which broadcast the set live and uncensored on its iPlayer service – and Glastonbury’s organisers, it was revealed that a criminal investigation was underway following sets by both Bob Vylan and fellow performers Kneecap.

On Wednesday, BBC News reported that, in the wake of the controversy, Bob Vylan had been dropped from the line-ups of Radar Festival in Manchester, and Kave Fest in France.

Reacting to the news, frontman Bobby Vylan wrote on Instagram: “Silence is not an option. We will be fine, the people of Palestine are hurting.”

“Manchester we will be back,” he then vowed.

He and bandmate Bobbie Vylan then released a joint statement which read: “We are not for the death of Jews, Arabs or any other race or group of people. We are for the dismantling of a violent military machine. A machine whose own soldiers were told to use ‘unnecessary lethal force’ against innocent civilians waiting for aid. A machine that has destroyed much of Gaza.”

Referring to the activist group Palestine Action and fellow Glastonbury performers Kneecap, the duo continued: “We, like those in the spotlight before us, are not the story. We are a distraction from the story. And whatever sanctions we receive will be a distraction.

“The government doesn’t want us to ask why they remain silent in the face of this atrocity. To ask why they aren’t doing more to stop the killing. To feed the starving. The more they talk about Bob Vylan, the less they spend answering for their criminal inaction.

“We are being targeted for speaking up. We are not the first. We will not be the last. And if you care for the sanctity of human life and freedom of speech, we urge you to speak up, too.”

Avon and Somerset Police said on Tuesday: “Video footage and audio from Bob Vylan and Kneecap’s performances at Glastonbury Festival on Saturday has been reviewed.

“Following the completion of that assessment process we have decided further enquiries are required and a criminal investigation is now being undertaken. A senior detective has been appointed to lead this investigation.”

RuPaul’s Drag Race Star Reacts To Cardi B’s New Album Being Named After Her Iconic Quote

RuPaul’s Drag Race favourite Scarlet Envy has reacted to Cardi B using one of her most iconic quotes as the title of her new album.

In a promo interview for the sixth season of All Stars, Scarlet inadvertently created a much-quoted meme when she pondered: “Is it me? Am I the drama? I don’t think I’m the drama… maybe I am. Am I the villain? I don’t think I’m the villain.”

On Monday, Cardi unveiled the album artwork and title of her much-awaited second album, which comes seven years after her debut release Invasion Of Privacy, and derives its name from Scarlet’s famous quote.

Now, while not everyone in the Drag Race family was impressed with the Bodak Yellow rapper for using one of the show’s quotes, it seems Scarlet herself was more than happy to have been Cardi’s inspiration.

Popping up in the replies to the Grammy winner’s X post about her new album, Scarlet wrote: “You are the drama mamaaa.”
