Gwyneth Paltrow Gives A 2-Word Answer On If She Would Try Polyamory

From becoming the spokesperson for the so-called benefits of vaginal steaming to concocting a viral vagina-scented candle, Gwyneth Paltrow hasn’t been one to shy away from branching out from the norm.

However, there’s one thing the Oscar-winning actor isn’t willing to delve into.

While hosting a Q&A session on her Instagram story last Friday, Gwyneth was asked by a fan if she would ever consider being in a polyamorous relationship, according to People.

“No thanks!” she wrote in response.

The Avengers star clarified that although she’s not a fan of the practice of having romantic relationships with more than one partner at the same time, she’s not side-eyeing anyone who wants to double up on spouses.

“Not for me but [I] have no judgment. I’m a one man kinda gal,” she said.

Gwyneth is married to TV writer Brad Falchuk. They tied the knot in 2018.

She is the stepmother to her husband’s two children, Isabella and Brody Falchuk, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Suzanne Bukinik.

Prior to Brad, Gwyneth was married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, with whom she shares two children: Apple and Moses Martin.

In October of last year, Gwyneth gushed about her husband in an interview with Bustle.

“I love my husband so much, so that’s really shifted things for me,” she said when asked if she feels freed of the male gaze the older she’s gotten.

“I probably don’t walk into a room the way I used to walk into a room because of that.”

“I feel really lucky. He’s a great guy, and he’s my best friend,” the Shakespeare In Love star added.

Man Who Sued Gwyneth Paltrow Over Ski Crash Says Trial Was ‘Absolutely Not’ Worth It

The retired optometrist who lost a lawsuit against Gwyneth Paltrow over a ski collision has admitted that he has regrets about suing.

Terry Sanderson had accused the Oscar-winning actor and lifestyle mogul of crashing into him on the slopes of Utah’s upscale Deer Valley Resort in 2016.

He said the alleged hit-and-run left him seriously injured, and initially sought $3 million in damages (£2.43 million), which was later reduced to $300,000 (around £243,000).

Paltrow, for her part, said that Sanderson had actually skied into her.

Earlier this week, a Park City jury sided with Paltrow, who had countersued Sanderson for only one dollar and the payment of her legal fees.

After the trial, Sanderson told reporters that he was “very disappointed” in the verdict. When reporters asked whether the ordeal of the highly publicised litigation – which included scrutiny of his medical history and media mockery – was “worth it,” he had a definitive answer: “Absolutely not.”

“I joked about dating sites, right?” Sanderson said, referring to earlier comments he made about how the trial would make online dating difficult. “It’s like, I’m going to be on the internet forever.”

He also shut down a suggestion from Extra host Billy Bush about appearing on a reality show.

“I don’t need that,” Sanderson responded.

He did, however, praise Paltrow as being “very kind” at the conclusion of the trial, when she exited the courtroom and whispered to him, “I wish you well.”

Gwyneth Paltrow Insists Taylor Swift Didn’t Inspire One-Dollar Countersuit In Ski Accident Trial

Gwyneth Paltrow was questioned about her friendship with Taylor Swift during her ongoing trial about a skiing accident she was involved in seven years ago.

Back in 2016, the Oscar winner and a now-retired optometrist, Terry Sanderson, were involved in an incident at a ski resort in Park City, Utah.

Sanderson is suing Paltrow over the accident, claiming her “negligence” caused him to suffer “four broken ribs and permanent brain damage”. He is seeking up to $3,276,000 (around £2,688,000) in damages.

Paltrow has also filed her own counterclaim, accusing Sanderson of being responsible for the incident, and is seeking just one dollar in damages.

On Friday, the Shakespeare In Love star took to the stand for the first time, where Sanderson’s legal team asked whether her one-dollar countersuit was inspired by Taylor Swift, who was awarded the same amount in damages in a sexual assault trial in 2017.

“It’s an actual dollar that I’m asking for,” Paltrow told the jury. “It’s symbolic because the damages would actually be more.”

Asked whether Swift inspired the suit, the Goop founder insisted: “I think I said that I had not been familiar with [the Taylor Swift case] but I since am.”

When Sanderson’s team questioned whether she was friends with Swift, Paltrow responded: “No… I would not say we are good friends, we are friendly; I’ve taken my kids to one of her concerts before but we don’t talk very often.”

The eight-day trial is expected to continue next week, after which a jury will make a decision.

Gwyneth Paltrow Responds To Backlash Over Comments About Her Eating Habits And Wellness Routine

Gwyneth Paltrow has responded to the backlash she has faced after revealing her eating habits and wellness routine during a recent podcast interview.

The Hollywood star faced criticism from dieticians and nutritionists after speaking of how her daily habits include a coffee, exercise for an hour and then bone broth for lunch, followed by an early paleo dinner.

After her comments on Dr. Will Cole’s podcast The Art of Being Well did the rounds on social media, Gwyneth has now used her Instagram Story to clarify she eats “far more than bone broth and vegetables” and she was not sharing “advice for anyone else”.

Revealing she has been experiencing post-Covid symptoms, Gwyneth said: “This is a person I’ve been working with for over two years, now, to deal with some chronic stuff.

“The way it manifests for me is very high levels of inflammation over time, so I’ve been working with Dr Cole to really focus on foods that aren’t inflammatory.”

The Sliding Doors star said she’s been eating a lot of “cooked vegetables, all kinds of proteins,” and “healthy carbs” to lower inflammation.

Gwyneth insisted that her routine had been tailored to her based on her own “medical results” and “extensive testing”, and was not something she was recommending to others.

She said: “This was a transparent conversation with me and my doctor. It’s not meant to be advice for anyone else. It’s really just works for me, and it’s been very powerful and very positive.”

The actor also said the food habits she spoke of on the podcast don’t represent the foods she eats every day.

“And by the way, I eat far more than bone broth and vegetables,” she said. “I eat full meals, and I also have a lot of days of eating whatever I want. And eating you know french fries and whatever.”

She added: “My baseline really has been to try to eat healthy and eat foods that will really calm that inflammation down.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Alarming Diet Has Nutritionists Fuming – And It’s Easy To See Why

Warning: Discussion of restrictive eating and eating disorders.

In a shock to absolutely no one, Gwyneth Paltrow has been talking about her batshit diet once again and nutritionists and doctors alike are warning from copying any of her habits.

Gwyneth discussed her daily ‘wellness’ routine (to use the word incredibl loosely) on The Art of Being Well podcast with Dr. Will Cole and a clip from it has seriously begun to do the rounds on TikTok.

Her ‘healthy’ daily habits include a coffee (woo!), exercise for an hour and then bone broth for lunch. The whole thing is wrapped up with having an early paleo dinner.

Yup, it’s a seriously dangerous lifestyle to promote (it’s 2023 ffs) and it’s safe to say that the internet is absolutely over it.

One TikTok user commented on the now viral video: “So bone broth and coffee are meals now?”

“This literally sounds like colonoscopy prep,” added another.

“What is she detoxing? Black coffee, bone broth, and vegetables?” commented @kelseystamps.

Nutritionists on the video sharing platform also rushed to duet the clip, warning that we ‘need to stop listening to celebrities’ when it comes to diets.

One such expert was Lauren Cadillac, who responded: “This is not enough food. Support you detox from WHAT?! You’re not eating anything.”

The caption on her video response read: “This isn’t #wellness this is DISORDERED. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD especially for someone that is 5′9′. Please stop following and listening to celebrities for your health and wellness advice.”

Meanwhile, Sammi Haber Brondo, a registered dietician based in New York, shared her take with Buzzfeed. She said: “I can’t and don’t want to diagnose anyone without knowing the full picture or knowing them, but it definitely screams disordered eating to me. It’s not enough food for anyone.”

Plus-size model Tess Holliday, who has previously spoken out about living with an eating disorder, also took to TikTok to share her take on Paltrow’s restrictive diet.

She said: “I’m not judging, because I have an eating disorder. [But] bone broth is not a suitable meal. And then to end your day with just eating vegetables? But yet people continue to give her airtime, to give her a platform, to take her ‘advice’, because everyone is too afraid to be fat.

“I’m not here to judge what people put in their bodies, especially as someone that has a restrictive eating disorder. And I get mocked all the time, because I’m fat, so how dare I talk about not feeding my body, right?

“But this s*** isn’t normal, and it’s affecting a whole other generation of young folks who think that eating like ‘GP’ is appropriate, is OK.”

Yup, it’s 2023 and between this and the chat about weight-loss drug Ozempic getting louder by the day, we seriously need to shield ourselves from this harmful rhetoric. And can someone please check on Gwen?

Yep, Even Gwyneth Paltrow Gets The Giggles During Sex Talk Sometimes

Gwyneth Paltrow might sell vibrators, sex pills and orgasm candles on her Goop lifestyle website, but even she can get embarrassed by sex talk.

The actor got a serious case of the giggles when she appeared on the latest episode of Red Table Talk on Wednesday.

The 49-year-old star buried her head in her hands when host Jada Pinkett Smith got x-rated with a toy paddle and talked about using it to playfully spank someone on the bum.

“A little tap on the fanny never hurt anybody,” Jada said as she pulled out a paddle from the pile.

Clearly blushing, Gwyneth covered her face before being reduced to a fit of giggles.

There was also talk of female orgasms, sensation play, a vulva puppet and a whole host of household items the women could use in the bedroom.

Talk then turned to Gwyneth’s own sex life when Jada brought up how the actor had been “having some of the best sex these days.”

“But I’m a newlywed,” Gwyneth, who married producer Brad Falchuk in 2018, replied. “So it’s cheating, you know, maybe a little bit.”

Last week, during an appearance on Ellen, host Ellen DeGeneres teased Gwyneth by pulling out one of the company’s vibrators.

“Can you show that on TV?” Gwyneth asked, prompting Ellen to wave it quickly one more time.

Ellen asked how Gwyneth’s son Moses, 15, “feels about things like this that you’re selling.”

The proud mother replied that she wanted to tell the host “the sweetest thing”.

She recalled: “A few months ago, he said, ‘Mom, I was really embarrassed for a minute that Goop sold vibrators and then I realised like no, this is great. You’re making people feel not embarrassed to buy something and that’s great. You’re a feminist.’”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Methods For Treating Long Covid Called Out By NHS Medical Director

A NHS medical director has criticised Gwyneth Paltrow after she revealed her methods for tackling the long Covid symptoms she has been suffering from since contracting the disease last year.

Earlier this month, the Oscar-winning actor-turned lifestyle guru revealed she had tested positive for coronavirus early on in the pandemic

She went on to disclose that she had been left with “long-tail fatigue and brain fog” and “high levels of inflammation” in her body.

The 48-year-old has since embarked on a “keto and plant-based” regime, with no sugar and alcohol, and fasts until 11am every day.

But Professor Stephen Powis, national medical director for the NHS in England, said that “serious science” should be applied and “influencers” have a responsibility after name-checking Gwyneth.

“Like the virus, misinformation carries across borders and it mutates and it evolves,” he told PA.

“So I think YouTube and other social media platforms have a real responsibility and opportunity here.

“In the last few days I see Gwyneth Paltrow is unfortunately suffering from the effects of Covid.

“We wish her well, but some of the solutions she’s recommending are really not the solutions we’d recommend in the NHS.

“We need to take long Covid seriously and apply serious science. All influencers who use social media have a duty of responsibility and a duty of care around that.”

Writing on her blog on her Goop website last month, the Hollywood star wrote: “So I turned to one of the smartest experts I know in this space, the functional medicine practitioner Dr. Will Cole. After he saw all my labs, he explained that this was a case where the road to healing was going to be longer than usual.”

Gwynnie being Gwynnie, the post then saw her discuss detoxing and other healing methods (including infrared saunas), which you can read more about on her website.

A number of Gwyneth’s A-list peers have spoken out about their own personal experiences of Covid-19, including Tom Hanks, who was among the first public figures to speak out about testing positive for the disease in March 2020.

Hugh Grant also shared recently that he believes he had Covid last February, stating: “It started as just a very strange syndrome where I kept breaking into a terrible sweat. It was like a poncho of sweat, embarrassing really.

“Then my eyeballs felt about three sizes too big and this feeling as though an enormous man was sitting on my chest.”
